How is a hospital bed produced?
Today I will take you to understand the production process of a hospital bed.
The first step is cutting. We cut the steel into suitable lengths for the next process.
The second step is bending. We bent the cut steel into the frame part of the hospital bed.
The third step is punching. We will punch the bent steel one by one to facilitate the later installation.
The fourth step is welding. We welded the perforated bed frame to the bed body.
The fifth step is polishing. We sand the table top and body to smooth the surface of the entire hospital bed.
The sixth step is coating. We pull the polished hospital bed to the spray workshop for spraying. The color of the spray can also be customized according to your requirements. I think this is the most sincere condition a factory can give.
The last step is assembly. We assemble the sprayed bed and it is ready to use.
We will pack the bed and accessories carefully and meticulously before delivery to prevent it from being damaged during transportation.
