Electric 5 Function Nursing Bed Features

(1) Specifications and Dimensions: 2120*1130*300-650mm

(2) Bed Surface: The bed frame is made of 20*30 ≥1.5mm tubing, with φ5mm mesh wire. Cold-rolled steel sheets must be phosphated for corrosion protection and the surface is high-pressure electrostatic powder coating. The bed’s load-bearing capacity is ≥240kg;

(3) Headboard and Footboard: 30mm thick rubberwood veneer with hand-applied black walnut veneer. Oak has good strength and durability. The edges and corners are rounded and polished, resulting in a beautiful appearance. The wood is tough and highly corrosion-resistant. The exterior is veneered with black walnut veneer, creating a beautiful grain. Paint: Environmentally friendly paint is used, resulting in a clear texture, full surface, and glossy finish.

(4) Bed Panel Adjustment Range: Backrest 0-75°±5°, Legrest 0-40°±5°. The bed is equipped with an overall lifting device with a lifting range of 300-650mm, forward tilt 0-12°, and backward tilt 0-12°. It is practical and aesthetically pleasing.

 (5) Guardrails: Four guardrails, with a single-sided openable guardrail at the head. The guardrails are reinforced with internal steel tubing and covered with an ABS protective shield, making them sturdy and durable. Each guardrail has a grip for easy handling. Fully enclosed protection effectively prevents falls. A pair of high-quality steel pipes with powder coating are provided on both sides of the bed; easy to operate and clean; wear-resistant appearance.

(6) Casters: Eight casters, ward-specific, using φ75mm high-grade silent polyurethane wear-resistant double-sided casters with individual brakes, inlaid with double bearings, wear-resistant, silent, anti-tangling, and reliable braking.

(7) Four IV drip holder sockets at the head and foot of the bed, made of stamped metal with an ABS engineering plastic core to prevent damage to the IV drip holders and reduce noise during use.

(8) Equipped with German motors, four sets of safe voltage motors, and one control box, enabling five-function position changes.

(9) Bed surface treatment: The coating is electrostatic powder coating, with full rust prevention treatment; using proprietary equipment and automotive paint baking process.
