Electric hospital bed

Height: 420mm to 680mm (bed surface to floor, exclude mattress thickness),.
Back rest lifting angle 0-75°.
Leg rest lifting angle 0-45°.
Trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg angle: 0-12°.

1. Bed headboard and footboard
Install the groove of headboard and footboard with the bed frame, and locked with the hook of headboard and footboard.

2. Guardrails
Install the guardrail, fix the screws through the holes of guardrails and bed frame, fasten with nuts.

Control Handle

Press button ▲, the bed backrest raise, the max angle 75°±5°
Press button ▼, the bed backrest drop untill resume flat

Press left button, the overall raise, the max height of bed surface is 680cm
Press right button, the overall down, the lowest height of bed surface is 420cm

Press left button, the bed legrest raise, the max angle 45°±5°
Press right button, the bed legrest down untill resume flat

Press left button, the bed backrest and legrest raise together
Press right button, the bed backrest and legrest down together

Press left button, the overall head side raise, the max angle 12°±2°
Press right button, the overall foot side raise, the max angle 12°±2°

Guardrails: Lift the guardrail up until it is locked
Pull the handle of the guardrail, the guardrail will down automatically and slowly.

1. Make sure the power cord is firmly connected. Ensure reliable connection of controllers.
2. The person cannot stand to jump on the bed. When the patient sits on the back board or stand on the bed, pls don’t move the bed.
3. When using the guardrails and infusion stand, lock firmly.
4. In unattended situations, the bed should be kept at the lowest height to reduce the risk of injury if the patient falls from the bed while in or out of bed.
5. Casters should be effectively locked
6. If the need to move the bed, firstly, removed the power plug, winded the power controller wire, and lifted the guardrails, to avoid the patient in the process of moving fall and injury. Then release the casters brake, at least two people operate the moving, so as not to lose control of the direction in the moving process, resulting in damage to the structural parts, and endanger the health of the patients.
7. Horizontal moving is not allowed to avoid damage to the guardrail.
8. Don’t move the bed on uneven road, in case of caster damage.
9. Do not press more than two buttons at the same time to operate the electric medical bed, so as not to endanger the safety of patients
10. The working load is 120kg, the max load weight is 250kgs.

1. Check that the headboard and footboard were fasten tightly with bed frame.
2. Check the casters regularly. If they are not tight, please fasten them again.
3. Be sure to turn off the power supply during cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance.
4. Contact with water will lead to power plug failure, or even electric shock, please use a dry and soft cloth to wipe
5. Exposed metal parts will rust when exposed to water. Wipe with a dry and soft cloth.
6. Please wipe the plastic, mattress and other coating parts with a dry and soft cloth
7. Besmirch and oily be soiled, use the wring dry cloth that dip in diluent of neutral detergent to wipe.
8. Do not use banana oil, gasoline, kerosene and other volatile solvents and abrasive wax, sponge, brush etc.
9. In case of machine failure, please immediately cut off the power supply, and contact the dealer or manufacturer.
10. Non-professional maintenance personnel do not repair, modify, to avoid danger.

The packaged products can be transported by general ways of transport. During the transportation, please pay attention to preventing sunshine, rain and snow. Avoid transportation with toxic, harmful or corrosive substances.

Packaged products should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated room without corrosive materials or heat source.
