If the electric operating table only has no forward tilting action, but other actions are present, it means that the compressor pump is working normally, but the corresponding touch membrane switch is faulty or the corresponding solenoid valve is faulty. There are generally two ways to judge the quality of the solenoid valve: one is to measure the resistance with a three-meter, and the other is to put it on metal to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve pull-in action is normal. The above problem can also occur when the oil circuit is blocked. If there is not only no forward tilt action, but also no other action, then the compressor pump is faulty. First, check whether the voltage on the compression pump is normal. Use a three-meter to measure whether the resistance of the compression pump is normal. If the above is normal, the commutation capacitor is generally invalid.
2. The electric operating table moves in one direction, but does not move in the other direction. Unilateral no-action faults are generally caused by electromagnetic reversing valves. The failure of the electromagnetic reversing valve may be caused by the failure of the control circuit, or the reversing valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to check whether the reversing valve has voltage. If there is voltage, disassemble the reversing valve and clean it. Due to long-term use, if there is a little foreign matter on the movable shaft of the replacement valve, the shaft will be pulled and blocked, causing the operating table to move in only one direction.
3. When the operating table is in use, it is found that it will automatically drop down, but the speed is very slow. This situation occurs more often in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to the failure of the lift pump. After the operating table has been used for several years, very small impurities may remain in the oil inlet valve port, resulting in small internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve. After washing, re-apply clean oil.
4. When the operating table is in use, it is found that it will automatically lower, the speed is faster, and there is a vibration sound. This kind of failure is a problem with the inner wall of the lift oil pipe. Long-term up and down movements, if there is a small amount of impurities on the leather bowl. Sometimes scratches are pulled out of the inner wall of the tubing. Over time, the scratches get deeper and deeper and the above faults occur. The solution is to replace the lift oil pipe.
5. During the operation, the back plate will automatically come down, but the speed is very slow. This kind of failure is mainly caused by the internal leakage of the solenoid valve, which generally occurs in the electric operating table. Sometimes impurities will accumulate at the solenoid valve port after long-term use. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with gasoline. It should be noted that due to the high pressure on the back plate, the general electric operating table is designed with two solenoid valves in series, and the two should be cleaned together when cleaning.
