The headboard, footboard, and side rails feature solid wood frames. Their center panels are made from durable solid wood particle board. All surfaces are treated with a hard baking paint finish. This finish is smooth and resistant. It is sturdy yet lightweight. It is also very easy to clean. The painted surface is environmentally friendly and odorless. The paint will not peel or flake, even after years of use. The headboard and footboard attach to the main frame with strong screws. This creates a rigid connection. The bed moves easily on five-inch casters. These are high-grade silent wheels. They contain fully enclosed self-lubricating bearings. This design extends their service life. It means no extra lubrication or maintenance is needed. The wheels are sealed to prevent hair or dirt from getting stuck inside. Each caster has its own independent brake. The wheel surface is made from TPR wear-resistant material. This material is very durable. It allows for light, smooth, and quiet movement across floors.
The entire bed undergoes a rigorous two-step finishing process. It receives double phosphating treatment followed by electrostatic powder coating. The final paint is a special antibacterial coating. This coating inhibits the growth of bacteria. It is also resistant to acids, alkalis, and fading. This greatly extends the overall life of the bed.
For patient comfort, we include a high-quality mattress. It combines a 2cm layer of gel foam with a 6cm layer of high-density foam. This provides excellent pressure relief and support. The mattress cover is fully removable and machine washable. This makes hygiene management simple.
